Trento Kia is looking to hire a Parts Department Advisor.
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
Helping customers (this includes technicians, wholesale customers, and sales staff) to obtain parts.
Occasionally deliver parts to wholesale customers.
Answering Parts phone calls to provide price quotes or any other parts related information to customers.
Placing parts orders.
Assist the Parts Manager in keeping an organized up to date and fully stocked parts department.
Experience and knowledge in accessory sales along with a vast knowledge of aftermarket accessories are preferable.
The primary job objective is to provide excellent customer service to retail and wholesale customers as well as maximize the sales of accessories both OEM and aftermarket to the retail and internal market.
Assist walk-in customers in selecting required parts. Also helping to provide suggestions, comparisons, and requirements,
Assist outside sales representatives with their orders.
Create and maintain merchandising displays to promote product sales.
Locate and acquire parts and accessories from a variety of sources to ensure prompt supply and competitive offerings.
1-2 years’ experience working as a Parts Counter Person.
A valid Driver’s License with a clean driving abstract.
Computer Literacy- Kia and PBS experience a definite asset.
Compensation is dependent upon experience.
