I had such an amazing experience at Kia, especially working with Lawerence and David.

My lease was ending and I was going into a new lease, and Lawrence made the entire process feel completely seamless from start to finish. He was incredibly patient, knowledgeable, and took the time to walk me through every detail so I felt confident in my decision.

As someone who doesn’t know much about vehicles, I was honestly a bit nervous—but Lawrence made me feel completely comfortable and included. He never once made me feel unsure or out of place for asking questions, which really meant a lot. It felt like he genuinely cared about helping me, not just making a sale.

David, who was my salesperson, was also amazing and delivered the car. He made that final step feel exciting and smooth, and everything was handled perfectly.

Overall, such a positive, stress-free experience. If you’re going to Kia, I highly recommend asking for Lawrence and David—they truly go above and beyond.
