Parts Advisor

Trento Kia is currently recruiting a Parts Advisor to join our growing team. We offer a competitive wage and a comprehensive benefit plan, in addition, to support ongoing training and certifications. Qualifications

• A minimum of 3 years experience in a parts advisor role.
• Communication and Customer Service skills.
• Organizational and Time Management skills.
• Great memory.
• Experience and knowledge of aftermarket sales and accessories.
• Valid Class G Driver's License
• Knowledge of Kia or Hyundai parts and completion of Kia University Parts courses is an asset but not required.
• Knowledge of operation in PBS is an asset but not required.
• Knowledge of operation in Kimoby is an asset but not required.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Help retail and wholesale customers, technicians, and sales staff to obtain parts.
• Coordinate the delivery of parts to wholesale customers.
• Provide price quotes and other part-related information to inquiries that are submitted over the phone, email and internet.
• Accurately and efficiently place orders for parts.
• Assist the Parts Manager in keeping an organized, up-to-date stock of parts.
• Create, maintain and update merchandising displays to promote product sales.
• Locate and acquire parts and accessories from a variety of sources to ensure prompt supply and competitive offerings.
• Follow internal processes that contribute to the effective and efficient operation of the dealership.
• Utilize Kimoby and PBS software properly in collaboration with other departments and team members.
• Complete parts deliveries when required.
• Perform other duties as required by management.
