Service Advisor

Trento Kia is currently recruiting a Service Advisor to join our growing team. Qualifications

· A minimum of 2 years experience in a service advisor role.

· Communication and Customer Service skills

· Organizational and Time Management skills

· Valid Class G Driver's License

· Knowledge of operation in PBS is an asset but not required.

Duties and Responsibilities

· Respond to service requests from the phone, email and internet and book customer appointments.

· Accurately describe customer concerns when booking appointments and writing up work orders to assist the technician with their diagnosis.

· Update customers on the status of their vehicle repair.

· Inform customers of findings by the technician and offer information and recommendations in response to the new information.

· Ensure that work orders are being fairly distributed among the technicians.

· Notify customers when back-order parts become available and of any open recalls on their vehicle.

· Follow Kia warranty procedures and check for recalls on all vehicles booked in.

· Create a unique and pleasant service experience for all customers to help Trento Kia maintain and grow its customer base by providing exceptional customer service.

· Properly maintain and update our service contact database in PBS by confirming and collecting customer information.

· Follow internal processes that contribute to the effective and efficient operation of the dealership.

· Perform other tasks requested by management as required.
